Cancellation and Refund Policy

 

It’s a prepaid service you pay for the services and you receive your login credentials via email. The Logins will stay active for the exact 30 calendar days. The card you will use to sign up for the services will be on file for future payments. Once the payment is charged there will be “NO REFUND” You need to cancel your subscription before the billing date.

How to cancel your Subscription:

Customer can cancel their subscription by their self by logging in to our customer portal. We send them “MANAGE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION” link in the welcome email. They need to cancel their subscription before the billing date. If they cancel it after the subscription is charged then there will be “NO REFUND” as their services will stay active for the next 30 days. If you are not able to find your customer portal link please contact us at 559-245-5657 (11:00 AM-8:00 PM) Eastern Time.

We will not send refunds or make partial refund if:

Our services work on Android and on IOS devices. It works on Tv’s like Sony Bravia, LG, Fire TV, Apple TV if you are not sure about your TV then make sure you have Google play store or App store on it. If you don’t have an android smart TV then you can use Amazon Firestick or Apple box to make it work. You can also use our services on your phone.

We always ask our customers about their TV’s if they have Google play store on it or not. After they confirm that they have Google play store on it we sign them up. But if customer have discontinued device that isn’t able to download any application and they find that out after the activation of their services then there will be “NO REFUND”.

The User is unable to setup their own box and system at their end:

We will provide our best support to setup their boxes, devices, apps and system in all cases of assistance request. The reason is we don’t know about the circumstances with the box, devices and system etc. our support is limited to pre-defined steps for configurations of devices.

Some Channels Are Freezing, Buffering or Not Working RARELY:

Though almost all of our Servers are stable, sometimes some channels do freeze or doesn’t work due to various reasons but it’s not for permanently. Our expert engineers are always working to fix them.

Most of the times, these issues are temporary and caused by below reasons:

  • Customer internet fluctuations.
  • Issue with the box/apps/customer setup in general.
  • Your ISP has issue.
  • Channel is down from server end.
  • Customer change his/her mind and wanted to withdraw/switch between servers.

Auto-Pay:

By providing Your credit card or debit card information (Payment Method), You allow/authorize TECH HOME SERVICES to save Your Payment Method and TECH HOME SERVICES and Your financial institution to charge automatically to the Payment Method You have provided (1) the amount of Your monthly bill due each month. You certify You are the owner of the Payment Method, and You have the authority to authorize storage of and charges to the Payment Method You provided. You may choose another Payment Method by contacting TECH HOME SERVICES and providing the new Payment Method information. You understand Your monthly payments will be charged on the date indicated on Your monthly bill. You agree to update Your Payment Method, if there is a change in the Payment Method information, such as account information or expiration date.
